Step one is a placement. Then put your vinyl on top and your backing on the bottom at the same time. Run step two. Cut out and assemble. Pinch the top and bottom of the butterfly to scrunch it. Use the tab to wrap and hold it. You can hand stitch or use glue. E6000 is great. Look how cute!
