One file for a long tab that you can put around up to a 1 inch collar. See my dog in the picture is wearing a One inch collar. Perfect for Halloween or those Christmas Pictures! This is an applique project. Put your own touch on this. Use Halloween Fabric, Christmas Fabric, Fun Fabric of all sorts will bring your tie to life.
