This is for vinyl or non fraying material.
Step one is a placement step run that on your stabilizer. Place your vinyl over the entire placement stitch. You can add your backing now if you like. Run the circles for the handles. Step 3 will secure all layers together. Step 4 will make placement circles for your rivets or snaps. You do not have to run those if you want to put them in a different place. Trim around the project. You can use grommets for the handle area if you like or just trim inside of the circle. Fold up the center tabs then the sides and place your snaps or rivets. Customize how ever you want to make it unique!
