Step one is a placement step. Run step one on your stabilizer. On the back of your hoop place your back piece just below the main line. Make sure it is below that line or it will get sealed up. You can line it with OlyFun or thin vinyl. Just like we do on the lip balm holders. On the front. Place your vinyl over the entire placement. Run step 2. Trim! How quick!!
